Terms of sale
Last updated: 2026-05-27
These terms govern sales made through whywepray.shop ("the Store") to consumers in the European Economic Area. They implement the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as transposed into Polish law (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta).
1. Seller
Sales are concluded by [BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], NIP [NIP], REGON [REGON], entered in CEIDG / KRS under [REG NUMBER]. Contact: orders@whywepray.shop.
2. Products and prices
Garments are made to order in limited runs (typical lead time 2–3 weeks). Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable EU VAT. Shipping is added at checkout.
3. Placing an order
- You select size and quantity and add the item to your bag.
- You provide delivery and contact details at checkout.
- You pay via Stripe Checkout (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or supported wallets).
- A binding contract of sale is concluded the moment we send you the order-confirmation email.
4. Delivery
Orders ship from Poland. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from production completion. See Shipping for current rates and zones. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, as provided by art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to orders@whywepray.shop before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of giving notice.
We refund the full purchase price plus the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier), using the same payment method you used. You bear the direct cost of return shipment.
See Returns for the practical steps.
6. Warranty and complaints
Goods are covered by the statutory warranty against defects (rękojmia, art. 556 et seq. Civil Code; 2-year period from delivery). To file a complaint, contact orders@whywepray.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We respond within 14 days.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may use out-of-court mechanisms, including the EU ODR platform, or refer the matter to the Powiatowy Rzecznik Konsumentów or Inspekcja Handlowa.
7. Personal data
Data processing is described in our Privacy policy.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence (if other than Poland) continue to apply. Disputes may be brought before the courts of the seller's registered seat or the consumer's place of residence at the consumer's choice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order. We publish the current version on this page with a "Last updated" date.
