Returns

You may return any garment within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, under the EU right of withdrawal. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

How to return

1. Email orders@whywepray.shop with your order number (e.g. WW-10042) and the size you're returning. State whether you want a refund or an exchange.
2. We send a return label and instructions within 1 business day. Ship the parcel within 14 days of our reply.
3. Once we inspect the returned garment (usually within 2 business days of receipt), we process the refund to the original payment method or dispatch the exchange piece.

Refund timing

Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5–10 business days after we issue the refund. The full purchase price plus the original standard-delivery cost are refunded.

Return shipping

Cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, as permitted by art. 34(2) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. We provide a discounted label where possible.

Exchanges

We treat exchanges as a return + new order. We hold your size in production once we receive the return, so the new piece typically ships within 5 business days rather than the usual 2–3 weeks.

Faulty items

Statutory warranty (rękojmia) covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery. Return shipping for warranty claims is at our cost. See Terms for details.
