Every WHYTE garment is made to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks; we ship as soon as your piece is ready. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves our atelier.

Rates and lead times

  • European Union — Free (5–10 business days after production)
  • United States — €60 (5–10 business days after production)
  • Rest of world — On request. Contact us before placing the order.

Total time from order to delivery is roughly 3–5 weeks. We send progress updates by email at production start, completion, and dispatch.

Duties and taxes

EU orders are inclusive of VAT — no further charges. US orders may incur customs duties depending on the carrier and the declared value; these are payable by the recipient on delivery. We declare the actual sale price.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship at the customer's expense after confirming the corrected details.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or it arrives damaged, email orders@whywepray.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund once the claim is resolved.
