Every WHYTE garment is in stock and ready to ship. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves our atelier.

Rates and lead times

  • European Union - Free (5-10 business days)
  • United States - €60 (5-10 business days)
  • Rest of world (Canada, Australia, Japan & more) - €60 (7-21 business days)

Total time from order to delivery is roughly 1-2 weeks. We email you a tracking link the moment your order is dispatched.

Duties and taxes

EU orders are inclusive of VAT - no further charges. International orders may incur customs duties depending on the carrier and the declared value; these are payable by the recipient on delivery. We declare the actual sale price.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship at the customer's expense after confirming the corrected details.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or it arrives damaged, email orders@whywepray.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund once the claim is resolved.
